Our company is producing precision milling machine vices which is without swivel base. These are made of close-grained standard quality cast iron, which have good shock absorbing capacity. All its sliding faces are machined to close tolerances & hand scraped for receiving relatively higher accuracy. The jaw plates are case hardened and ground and its screw rod is of alloy steel (toughened). This equipment is used for work holding in milling machines, drilling machines, shaping machines and machining centers.
